Plera helps B2B sales teams identify high-intent leads by analysing publicly available professional data, including job titles, company information, and business contact details.

While most of this data is public and business-related, we recognize that under laws like the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California, it qualifies as personal information, and you have rights over it.

We do not view our enrichment process as selling data in the traditional sense. However, US state privacy laws define sale and sharing broadly, and this process may qualify under those definitions.

If you are in the United States, including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Correct inaccurate data

• You will receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted.
• We may ask you to verify your identity before processing. This protects you from someone impersonating you.
• We will process your request within 30 days under GDPR or 45 days under applicable US state laws.
• We may retain limited information solely to maintain your opt-out status and comply with applicable laws.
• If we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain why and how to escalate.
