Lead stages
- Discovered: Plera found or imported a matching profile.
- Profile enriched: profile and company context were added.
- Email enriched: a contact email was found when available.
- Message generated: Plera created outreach for the lead.
- Outreach active: the lead is moving through the sequence.
- Replied or completed: follow-ups stop after a reply or after all steps finish.
